Our Parks

To make reservations or use the parks, you must have a park access card. Three types of people can receive one of these cards:

• Property owners who have paid their yearly dues can receive up to two cards, based on the names on their deed. 
• Direct heirs of property owners in good standing may buy a card for $55. 
• Based on guidance from CLGPOA's attorney, long-term renters -- with a lease of 6 months or more -- who are sponsored by a property owner in good standing can also buy a park card for $55. 

PROPERTY OWNERS: 1 CAMPSITE PER MEMBER, 3 CAMPSITES PER FAMILY, 8 GUESTS PER CARD, CAMPSITE USE/STAY 2 WEEKS, 4 CARS PER CAMPSITE.

HEIRS/RENTERS: 1 CAMPSITE PER MEMBER, 4 GUESTS PER CARD.

Reservations and overnight camping fees for Rebecca Creek Park are required 7 days before site use and are not refundable.

Reserved day use on pre-occupied sites available at noon. Camping check-in and check-out at noon.

Sites 1 - 12

Day use: $10 per day per site

Overnight use, tent only: $20 per night per site

Sites 14 - 19

RV/trailer/popup/tent: $30 per night per site

NO TRAILER OVER 25 FEET LONG

RESERVED OR PAID FEWER THAN 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE

Sites 1 - 12

Day use: $10 per day per site

Overnight use, tent only: $35 per night per site

Sites 14 - 19

RV/trailer/popup/tent: $45 per night per site

WESTERN SHACK/PAVILION RENTAL

$300 per day plus $50 security/cleaning deposit due 10 days prior to use. Deposit is refundable under normal use.

PAVILION RENTAL

$75 per day plus $50 security/cleaning deposit due 10 days prior to use. Deposit is refundable under normal use.

WESTERN SHACK/PAVILION RULES

1. 40 maximum guests allowed. 20 maximum vehicles.

2. Rental Hours:  9 a.m. – 10 p.m.

3. NO OVERNIGHT OCCUPANCY in building, pavilion, or upper park area. OVERNIGHT or multi-day rentals must camp in reserved and paid campsites. LIMIT 3 CAMPSITES PER EVENT, REGARDLESS OF NUMBER OF PROPERTY OWNERS CONNECTED TO EVENT.

4. Fire pit may be used with rental of Western Shack/Pavilion, but renter must notify the office ahead of time of intent to use.

5. ALL Rebecca Creek Park rules apply.

6. Must leave all areas in same condition as they were upon arrival.

7. Violations of any rules can result in suspension or loss of park privileges and/or future Western Shack/Pavilion rental privileges.
