Cypress Lake Gardens Park

1. Park hours are from sunrise to sunset only.
2. CLGPOA is not reponsible for injury or damage from unaccompanied minors.
3. Property owners with valid card allowed entry, with immediate family and up to 8 guests.
4. Property owner must remain on site with guests. Guests cannot have additional guests.
5. Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
6. Use of the park as a thoroughfare to or from adjacent properties is strictly prohibited.
7. Golf carts and side-by-sides are allowed to drive in the park at no more than 10 mph.
8. No automobiles in park.
9. Glass containers prohibited.
10. Ground fires prohibited. Fires permitted in BBQ pits only, and all embers must be fully extinguished before leaving.
11. Cutting firewood, altering, destroying or removing articles from POA property is prohibited.
12. Dogs  must be on a leash at all times. Members with dogs off leash will be asked to leave immediately.
13. Aggressive animals prohibited. You must clean up after your animal.
14. All trash and supplies carried in by visitors must be carried out.
15. Horse riding/activity is limited to obvious non-play areas of the park.
16. Profanity, excessively loud music and rude behavior will not be tolerated.
17. Dirt bikes, ATVs, motorized skateboards, scooters and battery/gasoline powered riding toys are  not allowed in the park.

Violation of these rules can result in suspension or revocation of park privileges.
