Park Rules
Park hours are from sunrise to sunset, or by permit.
Enforced overnight quiet time is from sunset to 8 a.m.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet at all times.
Membership card is required for entry. Code on member card is required to unlock gate.
Please lock gate after entering or exiting the park.
Property owners with valid card allowed entry, with immediate family and up to 8 guests.
Property owner must remain on site with guests. Guests cannot have additional guests.
No children under 18 without adult supervision. No exceptions.
Animals must be on a leash at all times. Aggressive animals prohibited. You must clean up after your animal.
Speed limit is 10 mph.
Firearms and fireworks prohibited.
Glass containers prohibited.
When burn ban is NOT in effect, fires are permitted in provided BBQ grills and in provided fire rings, only in POA designated areas. All embers must be extinguished and packed out.
When burn ban IS in effect, ground fires, including in designated fire rings, are prohibited.
Cutting firewood or altering/destroying/removing CLGPOA property is prohibited.
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty at any time.
No overnight camping/fishing without POA permission -- call (830) 885-4292 -- and valid membership card.
NO littering. All items brought into the park -- cans, bottles, cigarette butts, tissues, fishing supplies, etc. -- must be packed out.
Profanity, excessively loud music and rude behavior will not be tolerated.
No trespassing. Violators will be charged. Trespassing to fish is a Class A Misdemeanor, punishable with up to a $4,000 fine.
Violations of these rules can result in suspension or revocation of park privileges.
